In order for HC Plans to prepare plans for you we require some basic, but fairly important information. The sooner that you are able to provide this information, the earlier we will be able to commence work on your project.
Information that we require includes, but is not limited to:
Your contact details
The address of the property for which we are preparing designs and a description of the work required (i.e. is it for a new build/addition/on-site sewage facility upgrade)
Details of the property such as; Is it residential or commercial? How many bedrooms are there? How many staff work there?
The details of any other contractors that you are using for the work (your plumber/builder/engineer).
Details of the services that you require
We will also require:
Building/architectural plans or a sketch of site with any existing or proposed buildings/structures
Soil test (if not already conducted, HC Plans may be able to undertake a site investigation)
